The pace is the student’s
No waiting for the rest of the class, and no being carried past something that has not landed yet. The lesson moves when the student does.
Nothing hides
A gap that a group lesson would pass over gets found in the first ten minutes — and gets fixed, rather than being worked around for the rest of the year.
The plan is yours to change
Exam moved? Topic turned out to be harder than expected? Tell the tutor and the next session changes. There is no cohort schedule to keep up with.
